We believe in making things easy, transparent, and fair.

Invoices are sent PRIOR to the start of services and reflect services billed in 10 hour increments (unless you are a Money Masters client, in which case it’s monthly or quarterly at a fixed rate.) Courses through Teachable.com are payable directly through Teachable. Coaching or consulting services allow for a refund of unused hours. Financial Coaching is a longer term investment in yourself and doesn’t usually produce immediate results. If you are unhappy for any reason with the services you receive, let us know and we will work with you on a remedy.

Please remember that coaching and consulting requires both of us to put in work.

DSS Consulting bills on a 30 minute basis. We will send you an invoice when you have one to two hours remaining. DSS Consulting will also provide monthly statements showing a composite of invoices and payment received dates.
